At the Kolkata Knight Riders official store, we want you to wear your purple and gold with pride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the official merchandise in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and holograms intact to ensure a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please ensure you hand over the correct items to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
